Well hello helloooooo…

Okay so maaaaybe I took a 7 month hiatus?  Gimme a break people I was pregnant!  But if I’m going to be honest here…you know how when there is something that really really needs to be done and you don’t do it?  And then you don’t do it the next day, or the next week or the next month?  And the longer you don’t do it the worse it gets?  That was me.  I kept thinking…OMG I haven’t posted since dinosaurs roamed the earth!  And I wrote a couple of posts and then promptly didn’t post them for random reasons…I was trying to find a good picture to post or I wanted to post in a certain order.  Seriously Jaime?  You’re a dork.  Just write already!  So here I am…writing…

So now that we cleared the salty air lets move on to talk about all the awesome things that are happening in life right now.  I have a baby girl for starters!  My little December Flora.

I mean…look at this girl…A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E! Actually, she turns 1 month today.  Wowzers.  These last 4 weeks feel like one very long smooshed together day.  Sleepless nights and sleepless days.  That whole “sleep when the baby sleeps thing” is a joke when you have two other kids.  It has been a rough month to say the least.  Most days I was getting a collective 2 hours of sleep in a 24hr period.  There was even one dreadful day that I was blessed with a whole whopping 15 minutes of sleep.  No joke.  Let’s just say I looked like I got in a fight with a tube sock of rocks…and the tube sock won.  Thank God for snapchat!  Look at this before and after shot…

Do ya see?! What would this tired mommy do without filters to make me look somewhat presentable?  Total mombie zombie over here y’all. I honestly don’t know how I am functioning some days.  But despite my jacked up face and utter exhaustion I am so in love.  I’ve always wanted a little princess and now I finally have her.

We also moved.  Love our house, love our neighbors, love our city.  Blessed.  Boom!

My pink hair is gone, my blonde hair is gone and my black hair is back.  Which one is your favorite?

I have moments where I miss my fun pink hair…but at least now I can check it off my bucket list.  My toddler really misses it, in fact he frequently asks if I can get my pink hair again as if I can go back and forth easily.  As it is, I have some serious straw like hair going on right now and if I even attempted to dye my hair then I would probably be left bald.

I’m in the process of obtaining my license for a home daycare.  Say whaa?!  I don’t think I know what I’m getting myself into.  But at least this way I can still be at home with the kiddos and help out financially since my hard working husband has been carrying the load by himself for a long time now.
