ACV Daily Detox Drink
ACV Detox Drink Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp (Rounded) Cinnamon
- Dash of Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Count of Honey (Literally count to 2 while squeezing the honey)
- Water to fill
This recipe is courtesy of my awesome sister-in-law Monica, she’s all kinds of healthy and I’m always learning new recipes or tips from her. Simply add all of the ingredients into a mason jar and then fill the remaining portion of your glass with water. I personally use a 12oz mason jar. I make about 6 drinks at one time and stack them on the counter. Or you can refrigerate them if you like. The ingredients will settle onto the bottom of your glass so you will have to shake vigorously before drinking (another reason to use a mason jar). I’m literally drinking one as I write this 🙂
Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) has numerous health benefits, some of which are proven scientifically. Raw, organic, unfiltered and unpasteurized ACV is one of the oldest remedies around. My favorite and one of the leading brands is Bragg’s. ACV contains loads of raw enzymes and good bacteria which are responsible for the majority of it’s health benefits.

When I was pregnant I suffered from intense Restless Leg Syndrome and ACV had been suggested to me. So I started drinking it before bed and my Restless Leg Syndrome all but vanished. Just in case you needed one more reason to start drinking it 😉
